The quality of the supplement is excellent, with clear descriptions of ingredients and composition. The fibre is beneficial for the intestines. The packaging is substantial and lasts quite a while. I take one tablet thirty minutes before dinner. Though some mention that pectin reduces appetite, I didn’t find this the case. I’ve found my stools to be more regular and better formed. Additionally, if you’re on medication for blood pressure or heart issues, take those at different times to avoid interaction with pectin.
